Are you a true organizational talent who thrives on creating efficient structures? YOUR MISSION: Comprehensive office management (telephone reception, welcoming clients, office supplies) Administration of project data in the ERP system Organizational support for the management team in Zurich or Bern Independent management of internal projects YOUR PROFILE: Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification Fluent in German and good command of English Experience in administration and project work, ideally in the construction industry Good knowledge of Abacus is a plus

YOUR MISSION: - Independent management of overall, partial, or specialized infrastructure projects -Planning, calculation, tendering, and implementation across all project phases -Coordination of external partners and ensuring effective collaboration -Responsibility for scheduling, costs, quality, and risk management YOUR PROFILE: -Degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH) or equivalent qualification - Experience in infrastructure, building construction, or civil engineering projects - Structured working style and entrepreneurial mindset - Familiarity with Abacus or a similar ERP system is an advantage
You’re ready to take responsibility for a strategically important location? YOUR MISSION: - Responsible management of the branch, including finances and personnel leadership -. Management of projects in the field of road construction and civil engineering structures - Coordination of external partners YOUR PROFILE: - Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH) or equivalent qualification - Experience as a project engineer - Leadership experience
