Our process step-by-step

Active Search is ideal if you want to decide flexibly and according to the individual situation for which positions you need recruiting support without specifying the exact requirements in advance. The following modules build on each other:

Before the project starts

Before the search activities begin, Way Out will consult with you about the vacant position and perform a market analysis to determine the chances of success in filling the vacancy. You will then receive an assessment of the market situation for the profile you are looking for.

Complementary service at no additional cost

Step 1- Preparation and project start

A kick-off meeting takes place to clarify the essential requirements for the position to be filled in detail.

Way Out sets up an individual dashboard for you in the talent portal to fill the vacant position. There you will be presented with complete dossiers and confidential reports from pre-qualified candidates. 

 

With just one click, you can access your personal workspace where you can review and evaluate candidates, arrange interviews and collaborate with your personal Way Out consultant.

Your Investment: CHF 800.-

Step 2 - Pre-selection and presentation of qualified dossiers

Suitable candidates are identified via Way Out's sourcing system, specifically approached and checked against the agreed criteria. This includes aptitude diagnostic interviews that are tailored to the position requirements.

 

You will be provided with around 2 - 5 profiles in the talent portal.

 

The best thing about it: if the position is successfully filled, there are no additional fees for you!
