Before the search activities begin, Way Out will consult with you about the vacant position and perform a market analysis to determine the chances of success in filling the vacancy. You will then receive an assessment of the market situation for the profile you are looking for.

Way Out sets up an individual dashboard for you in the talent portal to fill the vacant position. There you will be presented with complete dossiers and confidential reports from pre-qualified candidates.
With just one click, you can access your personal workspace where you can review and evaluate candidates, arrange interviews and collaborate with your personal Way Out consultant.

Step 2 - Pre-selection and presentation of qualified dossiers
Suitable candidates are identified via Way Out's sourcing system, specifically approached and checked against the agreed criteria. This includes aptitude diagnostic interviews that are tailored to the position requirements.
You will be provided with around 2 - 5 profiles in the talent portal.
The best thing about it: if the position is successfully filled, there are no additional fees for you!
