Step 1 - Analysing job requirement
In our first meeting, we will go through your job requirements in detail. Based on your ideal candidate profile, we will give you a professional evaluation of the current market state for the position you are looking to fill.
OBJECTIVE: Before we start the sourcing process, we will give you honest feedback on whether it is realistic to find 2-3 qualified candidates for your position.

Step 2 - Active Search and Longlisting
Our experts conduct a targeted candidate search to identify potential candidates with the skills and experience required for your position. We use our unique AI based recruiting technology, our network and human approach.
RESULT: Each search provides you with a long list of 50 to 100 potential candidates.
Your Investment: CHF 3'000.-
Step 3 - Pre-Selection and Presenetation of Qualified Profiles
After a final alignment, we begin direct outreach and conduct interviews with selected candidates.
You will also gain exclusive access to our digital Talent Portal, where you can view complete candidate profiles, provide evaluations, and track the selection process in real-time.
RESULT: We will present you with a shortlist of approximately 2-3 qualified candidates, each tailored to your specific role.
Bonus: You will have access to a personalized dashboard that displays the candidates we present to you, along with regular updates.
Your investment: CHF 7'500.-
Step 4 - Closing and placement
We’ll support you "behind the scenes", professionally moderating conversations when needed, coordinating schedules, managing confirmations and cancellations, gathering references, and assisting with contract negotiations.
You also have the option to add an online assessment, which will help you evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability even more effectively.
RESULT: We ensure you secure the best possible candidate for your role.
Do you prefer to pay only for successful placement?
No problem – we make it easy for you! In this case, you won’t be charged for any modules.
Instead, you only invest a starting fee of CHF 5,000 with us. The total amount of CHF 18,000 is only due if the placement is successful. The entry fee of CHF 5,000 is of course included in the total fee.
