Recruiting Process Optimization for an Energy Service Provider

Goal 1: Increase efficiency and minimize administrative workload, reduce time-to-hire.

Goal 2: Minimize "bad hires" and reduce the number of "early leavers."

Implementation:

Analysis of the existing recruiting process and identification of areas for improvement, introduction of AI-powered tools for interview coordination to reduce administrative workload, training of HR staff.

Result:

We developed a tailored recruiting process for different target groups, including specialists, trainees, and apprentices. As a result, the company was able to reduce time-to-hire by 40%, improve the candidate journey (confirmed through surveys and positive reviews on social media and Kununu), and empower HR and line managers to conduct interviews at a professional level.

Project in the Financial Industry: Up-/Reskilling in Recruiting

Goal:
Improvement of recruiting skills for 40 specialists and managers

Implementation:
Development of key recruiting skills for specialists and managers through interactive workshops, including empathy mapping, World Café sessions, and a combination of online & offline methods.

Result:

The specialists and managers gained a deeper understanding of the recruiting process and adopted a more consistent approach to talent acquisition. This led to improved quality in selection decisions and higher efficiency in recruiting.

Logistics industry: Strategic Integration of Active Search

Objective:
Achieve independence from recruitment agencies, reduce recruiting costs, and shorten the time-to-hire.

Implementation:
Conducting a target group analysis, analyzing the hiring plan, selecting appropriate recruiting tools (right product and scope), workshops on topics such as Boolean search, copywriting, and measuring relevant KPIs, insights from a recruiter’s perspective.

Result :

The company achieved a 100% response rate on LinkedIn, and the time-to-hire was reduced from 78 to 26 days. Additionally, over CHF 30,000 of the recruiting budget was saved in the first quarter after implementation.
