With over 13 years of experience in recruiting at large companies, SMEs and even a few crazy startups, I know the ups and downs in all industries.

 

My training includes:

  • Master of Arts in human resources management and skills development with a focus on new media.

 

  • My academic work revolved around the fascinating topic of recrutainment. Yes, really, recruiting and entertainment can go hand in hand!

 

  • Certified user of online assessment – Master Personality Analysis MPA (Personnel Diagnostics).

 

With my in-depth understanding of the needs of different companies and my innovative strength, I develop tailor-made solutions. I provide impetus and create strategies that make the decisive difference.
